S.C. Smith is an American author and screenwriter. Smith writes in the fiction genre. He is the author of:

S.C. Smith is an accomplished writer and producer with a strong background in storytelling. He co-wrote and co-produced his debut film, Letters from Eddie, which was distributed by Access Films, the company behind Napoleon Dynamite. Smith then contributed as co-writer and associate producer to the Val Kilmer-narrated documentary, The Seventh Man, showcasing his versatility across genres.

In 2009, he wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning animated short Love Life of Cromwell Rogers, which claimed the top prize at Best of Boston's Open Screen Film Festival and premiered at the Brattle Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Expanding his creative reach, Smith ventured into fiction writing, debuting with the thriller Mexican Hit Girl (2013). The novel climbed to number six on Amazon's bestseller list for political thrillers. To date, he has authored four novels, including two in the Mason Church series and two standalone works, blending his knack for compelling narratives with cinematic storytelling.

Smith is now actively producing film and television adaptations of his novels, leveraging his expertise in both writing and production to bring his stories to new audiences.
